YOUR RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION

The Social Security disability process is a tough nut to crack.  Ask anyone who's been through it.  It can be confusing, overwhelming and frustrating.  One mistake can get you denied and it may take years to recover, or you may never recover.

You are guaranteed the right to professional representation before the Social Security Administration.  This is a specialty area known as Administrative Law.  Social Security is one of the many large agencies or bureaus within the federal government, with rules, regulations and demanding procedures that determine how the agency acts.

I believe it is one of the most fundamental and important rights a person can have--to appoint a qualified representative to help deal with the US government.  It is a fact that claimants with representation win their benefits more often than claimants who are not represented.

Representation will not cost you a penny--unless you win, and unless you also collect back pay from Social Security.

If you lose, the representation is free.  If you win but with no back pay, representation is free.  So, exercise your rights and get the help you need to win your benefits.
